Description

Give your child the gift of physical literacy and self confidence through the little ninja program! In this 45 minute class students ages 5-6 will learn the fundamentals of martial arts movement, coordination and flexibility in an inclusive and caring environment. Each class will include stories and talks aiming to nurture skills like cooperation, effective communication and self advocacy! (Dress for movement)
