Swimming Lessons

Description
Pre-schoolers age 3-5 actively learn and develop new swimming skills through games and songs. Children MUST be 3 years of age on the FIRST day of lessons.
Swimmers will learn to:
1) Recover objects from the bottom in waist deep water
2) Perform front and back floats independently
3) Glide through the water on their front and back for 3 meters
4) Flutter kick on their front and back for 5 meters
5) Jump in to deep water wearing PFD

On the day of lessons, please wait in the changeroom until the lifeguards open the door. Once the swimmer is in their registered level, parents/guardians can view swim lessons from the designated viewing areas. Please speak to the instructors/lifeguards in regard to cellphone/camera usage on the pool deck.
