Description
A grassroots basketball league program for new and developing players. Boys and girls play together, exposing players to the game of basketball in a safe and fun setting with drills, activities and game play .The Junior program will have 32 kids which will allow for 4 teams. They will build upon their fundamentals of basketball and learn offensive and defensive strategies and skills that will be used during the league games.
- Monday night practice sessions from 7:30-8:30pm in the Main Gym at Robert Warren from Apr 7th - June 9th No session Apr 21st and May 19th
- Friday Game nights from 6:30-8:00pm at the LBCA gym from Apr 4th - June 13th.. Senior teams will have a half hour session with their coaches each Friday and then games will run 7:00-8:00pm, a game schedule will be sent out once teams are formed - please note that the first Friday Apr 4th will be an additional practice and games will begin the following week. No class May 16th
Ages: 12-14yrs
Please register your child in the appropriate age category. Movement requests can be sent to the Program Supervisor Cara Madan. Duplicate accounts created in order to modify a child's birthdate will be deleted and your placement in a program may be at risk of being removed.
Volunteers Needed
We are looking for parent volunteers to help out with the program. You would help out on Friday nights with running the score clock during games. Volunteers will receive 25% off of registration which will be refunded near the end of the program.
2025 REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: Withdrawal from a program is permitted up to 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the program with a full refund. There is a $25 Admin Fee for all withdrawals. If the program is cancelled by LBCA, a refund will be issued.
All registrants will need to bring indoor shoes and a water bottle. Jerseys for games will be provided.
Game schedules will be emailed out at the beginning of the season once the teams are formed.
