Description
Adaptive Athletes WANTED! Come get exposed to the basic skills of track and field! Program focuses on Para Athletics and adaptations for all different impairments. Facilitators will cover Run Jump Throw Wheel (RJTW) training and can advance to higher skill levels of track and field for those who are interested. Access to racing/sport chairs for anyone who wants to test them out.
