H2Able Swim Program

H2Able is a 1:1 adapted swimming lesson program that provides critical life skills for those with disabilities in aquatic emergency situations. The goal of the program is to gain confidence and comfort in the aquatic environment and to learn aquatic survival skills, while having fun. The Lifesaving SwimAbilites program can be followed.

Prerequisite(s): 3 - 18 with identified disability
