Description
Once a team has requested you to sub please fill out this registration. You will not be permitted to play until you are registered as a substitute.
As an intramural substitute you are only permitted to sub for a team once per season, after which you will be asked to register as a team player if you and the team would like you to continue.
All hockey subs must be current MRU students.
As a substitute it is your responsibility to ensure that you communicate with the team that requested you about game time, date, and location.
What to Bring
You will be required to bring proof of registration and your photo ID with you to the game.
