Adult Guided Hike - Bad Pitch

The Argyle Recreation Department is organizing a guided day hike with Nicola Fenton in Kemptville for Adults (18+) on Saturday February 11, with a rain date Sunday February 12. The cost of the hike is $50 and it covers a hot lunch (Creamy sun dried tomato and spinach gnocchi). The meeting location is in the parking lot of the Kemptville United Baptist Church (16 North Kemptville Road) at 9:45am. The hike will begin at approximately 10am and we should be done by 3pm.We will be hiking to the Bad Pitch, stopping at Pearl Lake along the way. The hike is approximately 10 kms (approximately 4 hours of walking) with easy trail walking. One hour will be allowed for lunch.Hiking boots or waterproof footwear are recommended. Dress in layers.
