Summer Watershed Family Tours

Take a ride on our magic school bus to the Seymour Falls Dam. Discover the salmon hatchery, explore the old growth forest along the Seymour River. Learn about where your water comes from through games and activities that are fun for the whole family. This tour includes a 1 to 2 km walk on a rough, flat, unsurfaced trail.

Suitable for ages 3+. Please note that this tour is for children and their family members. For adult tours please register for the Capilano or Coquitlam Watershed tours.

There are no baby changing facilities or flush toilets, and strollers cannot be accommodated on the bus. Be sure to bring water and snacks. Tours are 3 hours long and run rain or shine.

Tour dates will be available for booking 1 month in advance at 9:00 AM. To ensure that this opportunity is available to as many residents as possible, participants may register for only one tour. Each family member needs to be registered for the tour, create an account that includes all members before registering.
