Description
This class is for the adult dancer who has finished our 55+ Beginner I or has at least one prior year of ballet training.
Activity meeting dates
Sundays 11:15-12:15PM with Instructor Etzel: starting from January 7th to March 24th 2024; no class February 18th due to Family Day closure.

Notes
What to Wear:
• Participants should wear clothes that are comfortable and do not restrict their or others’ movement during class. Street shoes are not permitted in the studios; they should be left in the change rooms or outside the studio.
• NBS is a scent aware space; students should not wear scented products including perfumes and hairspray to class.
Studio Practices:
• Students who are late should wait for a break between exercises before entering a class and will not be permitted into class more than 10 minutes after the class start time.
• All electronic devices should be turned off during class.
• Food and beverages (other than water) are not permitted inside the studios. The studios are rosin-free, but water may be used on the soles of shoes in case of slippery surface.
• Due to privacy issues, guests are not allowed to view classes.
