Join other book lovers to discuss In the Upper Country, a debut and award-winning novel by Canadian Kai Thomas. We're holding this special book club as part of this year's One Book One Niagara main event, which will take place on April 23. The book will be available to be picked up at our Victoria Avenue Library starting Tuesday February 20.
