Description
Learn the basics of quad roller skating or sharpen your skills. Beginners will focus on balance, start/stop, falling safely, rolling and basic forward strokes, Intermediates will add advanced forward strokes, backwards basics, maneuvering and turns.

Required equipment: Quad rollerskates (not inline skates), multi-impact helmet (not a bicycle helmet), knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards (skating guards with rigid protector). Please bring a water bottle. Class takes place in the Main Hall of the Horticulture Building at 1525 Princess Patricia Way.
