1. Please note that membership cards remain the property of the City of Ottawa and must be returned to staff when requested.

2. Please keep your membership card, or other form of proof of purchase (such as a wristband) on you throughout the duration of your visit.

3. Personal belongings are not the responsibility of the City of Ottawa. Keep your belongings safe and bring a lock.

4. Memberships are for member use only and are not to be transferred between individuals. Fraudulent use of membership cards can result in membership termination without refund.

5. All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.

All members must sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Form and the Fitness Facility Terms and Conditions prior to participation.
