Fitness Room - Winter 2016

The Community Fitness Room is located adjacent to the Community Centre. The Fitness room features 3 treadmills, 8 spin bikes, recumbent bike, stair climber, free weights and universal gym.

For your convenience, the Community Centre also has shower facilities.

Fitness Room Orientation: New to working out? The Recreation Deprtment will provide a FREE orientation for new members. Please call 250-767-2133 ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Fitness Room Hours - Jan 4-June 10 Mon-Thurs 8:00 am-8:00 pm. Fri 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Closed Mar 25-28, May 23

Admission Rates $4/visit $20/month or $40/3 months.
