Description

Make fitness and an active lifestyle a priority! PISE's Bootcamp is developed for people with a basic fitness foundation who are looking to get stronger, increase aerobic capacity and improve body composition in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. PISE's expert Strength and Conditioning Coaches will lead you through a progressive program to keep you challenged and motivated while teaching the correct techniques to keep you safe, healthy and confident. PISE's Bootcamps will quickly turn into your fastest and favourite hour of the day!

For the First Class - please meet at the Front Entrance of the building. Paid Parking is available in parking lot # 8 either on the PISE or Camosun side. Completion of PISE's new waiver will be required for all participants prior to participation in the program and will be available on our website pise.ca.
