This total body fitness class is developed for people with a basic fitness foundation who are looking to get stronger, increase aerobic capacity and improve body composition. PISE's Bootcamps include a progressive program to keep you challenged and motivated while teaching the correct techniques to keep you safe, healthy and confident. For the First Class - please meet at PISE's front desk on the first floor. Paid Parking is available in parking lot # 8 either on the PISE or Camosun side. Completion of PISE's waiver will be required for all participants prior to participation in the program.
