Strength and Conditioning 50+ classes are ideal for those who are beginning their exercise journey, as well as for those who wish to maintain and improve their fitness. Classes incorporate strength training principles to help improve balance, boost energy levels, elevate cognitive functioning and enhance body composition. Let one of our coaches help you feel comfortable in a gym setting and have the confidence in your body to maintain your healthy, active lifestyle!

Paid Parking is available in parking lot # 8 either on the PISE or Camosun side. Completion of PISE's waiver will be required for all participants prior to participation in the program.
