Looking to increase your strength this Spring? This class is an advanced option for those who have taken Intro to Strength Training or have previous experience in the gym. Our certified Strength and Conditioning coaches will dive into a variety of exercises for those ready for a challenge! Whether training for elite performance or for general fitness, this class will help you increase your aerobic and anaerobic fitness while simultaneously developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
