These classes are ideal for those who are beginning their exercise journey, as well as for those who wish to maintain and improve their fitness. Classes incorporate strength training principles to help improve balance, boost energy levels, elevate cognitive functioning and enhance body composition. Paid Parking is available in parking lot # 8 either on the PISE or Camosun side. Completion of PISE's waiver will be required for all participants prior to participation in the program.
