Description

Whether you are a weekend warrior new to the rowing scene, or a high-level athlete looking to push through a plateau, this program will provide you the boost you need to improve your on-water performance. Through a series of strength training and conditioning protocols designed specifically for rowers. This program will also include movements designed to strengthen your core and improve your mobility and stability to ensure that you can row for life.
