Pulled Pottery Handles

The humble handle is often taken for granted, but it is an essential component to most functional mugs. In this one-day workshop, you will gain the skills you need to confidently make the most challenging and nuanced style of handle: the pulled handle! This workshop is suited to experienced students who are comfortable working independently on the wheel and can throw a balanced cylinder. Clay included and will be provided in class. This workshop is process-based; no projects will be fired or finished. This workshop does not include Open Studio access.
