Description
In this program, participants will be supported to build strong muscles and bones and improve balance and stability, while staying mobile and agile. Other benefits include optimizing the circulatory system and stimulating brain health. By incorporating relaxation, breath awareness and mindfulness, this practice becomes a complete yogic experience guided by Regina, a certified, experienced Yoga Therapist (C-IYAT). The series will be adapted to the individual needs of the participants.

No prior Yoga knowledge is required. Options and adaptations will be offered, but participants should be able to come down and up from the floor by themselves (use of chair for support is OK). Participants should arrive on time as the class starts with a small relaxation to let everyone arrive and get "grounded".
