Pet Microchip Clinic

The City of St. John's is providing a microchip clinic at an affordable cost to residents so that lost pets can be reunited with their owners as quickly as possible upon arrival to our animal shelter. The clinic takes place at the Animal Care & Adoption Centre, 81 Higgins Line.

Dog owners must have a current City of St. John's Animal License, dogs not licensed can not register for this clinic. Cat owners are not required to license their pet but may still acquire one. License Tags can be purchased at Humane Services, City Hall, Recreation Facilities, and Local Veterinary Clinics at a cost of $15.00.

Pet owners can register up to two pets in one time slot.
