REFUND POLICY

All refunds, credits and family discount requests must be submitted fourteen (14) days prior to the program or rental start date.
If less than fourteen (14) days, a refund or credit may only be issued for a medical reason which prohibits continued participation in the program. A medical note must accompany the Refund application and must be submitted prior to the program end date.

Please note: Credits are valid for twelve (12) calendar months from the time they were issued. After this period they will be removed from the account. Refunds or credits will not be issued for classes missed due to illness; lost or stolen passes or requests submitted after the program end dates. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card. Refunds for payments made by cash, cheque or debit will be refunded by cheque only. Please allow 4-6 weeks.
NSF Cheques: A $20.00 fee will be charged on all NSF cheques.

After School Programs: A withdrawal and refund/credit must be requested in writing by the 1st of the month to be effective the 1st of the following month. A $100 non-refundable deposit per child will be deducted from the ASP Program refund request. Telephone or general e-mail requests cannot be accepted.

Camps: A $50 non-refundable deposit per child per week will be deducted for all daycamp refund requests. Please include copy of receipt with your request. Submission of the Refund application does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Aquatics: For lessons missed due to circumstances beyond our control, patrons will receive an account credit equal to the cost of each lessons missed. This will be applied after the lesson set has finished.

Donations

This receipt does not qualify for a tax receipt. If making a donation of $20.00 or more and you wish to receive an Official Tax Receipt, please contact real@stjohns.ca or call 709-576-2574.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all, patrons of City of St. John's facilities and programs are expected to display safe, responsible behavior. City staff will use discretion to address unacceptable behavior causing harm to self, others, property or program quality.
