Description

An aquatic exercise program designed for people with limited joint mobility. Exercise in a comfortable, accessible pool that is heated to 33°C. Participants who may need assistance during the program are required to bring an attendant. This program takes place at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre Therapeutic Pool, 2180 23rd Avenue.
