Refund Policy

Leisure Passes or Bulk Admissions can not be cancelled unless you have moved away from the Regina area or due to a medical reason (with supporting documentation).

In the event you have moved away from the Regina area you will receive a pro-rated credit on account or refund minus a cancellation fee:

Passes: value of one-month Pass in the appropriate age category.
Bulk Admissions: either $10 or 100% of the pro-rated credit if credit is less than $10.

In the event of a cancellation due to a medical reason (with supporting documentation):

Refund will be equal to the prorated amount of remaining Leisure Pass or Bulk Admission.
No cancellation fee will apply to cancellations due to a medical reason if supporting documentation is supplied.

One Month Leisure Passes and single admissions are also available to suit your recreation needs.
