Description
Recharge your day with this 40-minute total-body fitness class blending strength, cardio, and core training exercises. Fitness Interval Training (FIT) allows you to challenge yourself at your own pace so that you have a great workout. Modifications are provided to support various levels of fitness.
NOTE: There is a minimum number of registrations required for this program to run. If the minimum is not met, this program will be cancelled, and refunds will be issued in full.
$49 for 5 classes OR drop-in for $11 per class
FREE BONUS CLASS for International Women’s Day on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 12:10pm
*Daily drop-ins welcome but depend on the number of registrations for the full program of 5 classes.
All participants are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) form prior to their first class. This can be done online or in print and is valid for the calendar year unless their health situation changes.
