Coffee Chat Supporting Caregivers

A “Supporting Care Givers in the Community” coffee chat provides an informal and engaging opportunity to gather and discuss available community resources and services to aid in their caregiving journey. The conversation focuses on accessing essential services through Ontario Health at Home, offering support for both the carer and the care recipient, as well as exploring other community partner programs. Caregivers will learn about processes for obtaining home care, specialized programs, in hospital coordination and the Long-Term Care process. Complimentary refreshments will be provided; and the opportunity to join in on interactive games where participants will get to know fellow members of your community.
