Coffee Chat Kinnected Health & CareFirst

Kinnected Chain will be providing a Falls Prevention Coffee Chat. This interactive and informative presentation will address some of the key causes of falls and what we can do to help limit the increased risk of a fall. This will consist of a Falls Prevention class as well as informative presentation, followed by questions and answers. Audience case studies will also be addressed and if there are real life examples of a fall, which may or may not have led to an injury, a Kinesiologists will provide some feedback as well as some rehabilitation exercises that you can follow along at home. Complimentary refreshments will be provided; and the opportunity to join in on interactive games where participants will get to know fellow members of the community.
