Gentle movement, self-applied massage, breathing exercises, and meditation are drawn from the ancient Chinese healing system of Qi gong (or Chi Kung) and are easily adaptable to every lifestyle. Allow the practice to serve as a moving meditation that also reduces stress and provides a way to cultivate harmony of the body and mind.
