Coffee Chat Healthy Aging with York Region Health

This Coffee Chat is all about Healthy Aging. As part of injury prevention, the York Region Healthy Aging and Built Environment team, will offer a variety of information to seniors, caregivers and staff supporting seniors within York Region - helping them improve physical activity, social connectedness, and prevent chronic diseases. Complimentary refreshments will be provided; and the opportunity to join in on interactive games where participants will get to know fellow members of the community.
