Boost your strength, endurance and coordination with this circuit-based program! Circuit training involves completing several exercises in succession. This class challenges participants as they move through strength, balance and cardio stations, working the entire body. You will learn proper resistance training techniques based on ability level. Best of all, you can work at your own pace in a safe environment! The equipment includes bands, tubing, dumbbells, balance pods and more.
