Description

This is an excellent opportunity to stretch and strengthen while improving posture, body awareness and self-confidence. Yoga helps to improve balance and reduce stress by increasing the ability to stay focused and calm.


COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines
Stay home if you are sick even with mild symptoms
You will be expected to complete screening before accessing the facility
Face masks are mandatory when you are in the building except when participants are participating in physical activity
Maintain physical distancing of at least two metres from others unless you live together
Washrooms and changerooms will be open with limited capacity and will be cleaned regularly
