Description
This is an excellent opportunity to stretch and strengthen while improving posture, body awareness and self-confidence. Yoga helps to improve balance and reduce stress by increasing the ability to stay focused and calm.
COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines
• Stay home if you are sick even with mild symptoms
• You will be expected to complete screening before accessing the facility
• Face masks are mandatory when you are in the building except when participants are participating in physical activity
• Maintain physical distancing of at least two metres from others unless you live together
• Washrooms and changerooms will be open with limited capacity and will be cleaned regularly
