Description
Come develop a new practice or renew an existing one. Research has shown that meditation contributes to reducing stress and increasing your health and well-being by moving you into deeper states of relaxation. In a group setting, new and experienced meditators are provided the opportunity to share the experience of various mindful meditation techniques. There will be both discussion and practical experience.
