Description
Stretch and build strength. This program will cover the principles and elements of Pilates, which emphasizes breathing, control and endurance. The regular practice of Pilates helps develop a stronger, flexible and more graceful body and a more focused mind. Equipment such as light weights, balls and bands will be introduced into the practice. All levels are welcome.
