Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga practice benefits the breath, body and mind. Your body will enjoy increased blood circulation, improved balance, stimulated elimination of body toxins, improved posture, flexibility, mobility, muscle and bone health.
