Join Community Engagement Worker and Community Food Mentor Alicia Clarkson in a fun and engaging class in which you will learn how to make your own delicious homemade bread, at home, for under $2 a loaf!
In this class we will cover the basics of baking homemade bread using commercial yeast. Including yeast proofing, kneading, dough shaping, baking and more, as well as troubleshooting some common breadmaking problems.
This class will be a hands-on baking experience, and all participants will go home with their own fresh, homemade loaf of bread! ?
