Description
Join Community Engagement Worker and Community Food Mentor Alicia Clarkson in a fun and engaging class in which you will learn how to make your own homemade sourdough bread.
In this class we will cover the basics of baking homemade sourdough bread.
From making and maintaining a sourdough starter, making a dough, proofing, stretching, shaping, scoring, and baking your bread, and everything in between.
this class will cover how to make sourdough bread at home with the kitchen equipment you already have. No expensive specialized tools necessary!
This class will be a hands-on baking experience, and all participants will go home with their own fresh, homemade loaf of bread!
