Description
Join Community Engagement Worker and Community Food Mentor Alicia Clarkson in a fun and engaging class in which you will learn how to make your own homemade probiotic ginger ale and kombucha.
In this class we will cover the basics of making and maintaining a kombucha and ginger ale culture, as well as brewing your own healthy, probiotic beverages at home.
This class will be a hands-on lesson in keeping your fermented products safe and sanitary, as well how to add your own custom flavors, and natural carbonation if desired!
