Join Community Engagement Worker and Community Food Mentor Alicia Clarkson in a fun and engaging class in which you will learn how to properly break down whole meat and poultry at home.
learn how to break down whole poultry (chicken or turkey) as well as larger meat (lamb or pork) into the desired cuts that you use at home. No more spending a premium for pre-cut meats!
This class will be a hands-on lesson in knife safety, meat cuts, best uses for each cut, and how to waste-not, want-not by using every part of the carcass.
