Description
Join Community Engagement Worker and Community Food Mentor Alicia Clarkson in a fun and engaging class in which you will learn how to make your own jams and jellies at home!
In this class, we will cover canning safety, tips and tricks, as well as recipes using seasonal produce.
This will be a hands on and interactive class, and all participants will receive a jar of jam to bring home after the class!
