Richmond Education Assistant Program (REAP) is rigorous, intense and rewarding. It is designed by the Richmond School District to prepare adults who have the passion to work with children and youth with diverse abilities and disabilities.
REAP students will learn to work with Kindergarten to Grade 12 students with physical, behavioural, sensory and learning needs in schools.
NOTE: Courses may be delivered remotely and online via Zoom and other online platforms. Practica will be in Richmond School District schools. Any element of the program is subject to change without notice. The viability of this program will depend on sufficient enrollment and other factors.

This full time program is scheduled to start in July 2024 and end in November 2024. Classes take place in person Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.
There will be either a three-week and a four-week practicum or one seven-week practicum during school hours, Monday through Friday, in a Richmond School District school.
