Description
Full Credit Summer School is a program designed for school age students taking a course for the first time, to improve a mark or satisfy post-secondary prerequisites. These are rigorous full credit courses. Student attendance is recorded and report cards are issued. This program is funded through the BC Ministry of Education.

Notes
(1) NON-RICHMOND SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS
Scan/photograph TWO documents and email to RCE@sd38.bc.ca (a) your parent's birth certificate, permanent resident card, passport, or valid BC Work Permit, and (b) your parent's BC Driver's License or utility bill.
(2) INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (Non-Richmond School District Students)
Scan/photograph your valid BC Study Permit and email to RCE@sd38.bc.ca
(3) ABSENCES
Absences of more than three (3) classes are not permitted. Please email rce@sd38.bc.ca if student will be absent on the first day of summer school. Thereafter, absences can be communicated to the teacher or summer school office.
(4) WITHDRAWALS
Please email rce@sd38.bc.ca to withdraw from a course prior to the first day of class. Once classes have started, please contact your summer school office or teacher.
(5) REFUNDS
A 15% processing fee will be charged for withdrawals before the second class for fee-based courses and/or international students. No refunds will be issued after the start of the second class.
