This full body workout includes an eclectic mix of cardio, strength, balance, core, and stretch and is offered in a virtual format. Participate from home with just a mat, dumbbells (optional) and yourself! Beginners to advanced welcome. Instructions for this virtual program will be emailed to you before the start date

If this is your first class, please join us 30 minutes early for orientation.
Please ensure you have adequate space to move front to back and side to side, approx. 8'x8'. Please wear appropriate footwear. Your instructor will provide guidelines for safe participation & pointers for best practices for working out online. Exercise modifications, progressions and various intensity options will be offered.
Par Q is required prior to participation, please complete checklist. If you answer yes to any questions, are over 69 or are not used to being active, check with your doctor.
Zoom best practices
• Use a laptop computer, tablet, or desktop computer with camera, for best picture quality.
• Pick a cool spot in the house with a good signal. For best signal, use an ethernet cable.
• Any type of speaker is ideal, such as bluetooth or USB, or plugging in (HDMI) or casting to a TV.
• Please make sure your computer camera works, as we do need to see you for safety during the workout.
No class on stat holidays.
