Walk & Talk Unlimited Walk Pass

The Walk & Talk Unlimited Walk Pass entitles the purchaser to up to fifty Saanich guided Walk & Talk walks between the period of July 1 to December 19, 2024.

Walk & Talks Walks:

-Are 1.5 hours in length, social and guided, and go through a variety of interesting Saanich parks, trails and neighbourhods.

-Begin at 9:30am sharp, every Tuesday and Thursday and depart from a different location in Saanich. See schedule attached to your pass, when you pick it up in person, for details.

-Are walked at a moderate group pace, with some uneven surfaces, and some hills. See the schedule attached to your pass, when you pick it up in person, for details. On the schedule, two hearted walks expect one steep hill, three hearted walks expect two or more steep hills.

You can purchase the Walk & Talk Unlimited Walk Pass online at saanich.ca/register, or in person, at one of our four Saanich Recreation Centres listed below. In either case you will need to create an account, which the front desks can help with, if needed. After you pay for it, you must then pick up the physical pass in person, from one of the four recreation centres, prior to using it at one of the walks. If you purchase it in person you can have it right away, otherwise indicate which centre you will pick it up at and visit that centre next to pick up your pass. Each reception has their own seasonal hours, we recommend checking the hours of the centre prior to picking it up:

Do not forget to pick up your physical card at one of the centres prior to joining us on a walk.

Walk & Talk Unlimited Walk Passes are valid from July 1 - December 19, 2024, no refunds or exchanges, this pass can be replaced if lost please call the programmer at 250-475-5408. This pass is valid for Walk & Talk walks only, not for other drop-in Saanich programs. There are no refunds for cancelled walks as we endeavor to offer fifty but there may be times that due to emergency or weather we can not run.

With fifty walks scheduled between July and December, the Unlimited Walk Pass is a great way to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, fresh air and conversation as a weekly to bi-weekly activity.

If you intend to walk with us for 25 walks or less during this time we recommend you purchase a Walk & Talk 25x Punch Pass instead of an Unlimited Pass, as it is more cost effective.

If a walk is cancelled due to emergency or inclement weather (very hot or icy) you will be emailed (or called if you do not have an email on file) up to two hours prior to the program start, however we aim to give twenty four hours of notice when we can.
