Description
The Saanich Emergency Program hosts Cheryl Rogers, Mobile Support Coordinator for the Canadian Disaster Animal Response Team (CDART). Cheryl will discuss the specifics of disaster preparedness for our pets, including details on starting a grab and go kit, planning for evacuations, what to do when disaster strikes and you’re apart from your animals and more.
Each session covers a different topic that could include the hazards that surround us, the utilities we use, or a different perspective related to emergencies and events in our community.
