These feel-good, move-your-body classes blend dance, martial arts, and body alignment practices to build whole body fitness. Nia tones your body and tunes your mind. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
Every Nia class has 3 levels of intensity for personalized conditioning to suit any level of fitness. Nia is done bare foot to eclectic world music.
Register for 1 or 2 classes per week - get 20% off the second class if you register for both of Jan's classes per session.
Drop-ins may be available for $16, space permitting.
