Description

These feel-good, move-your-body classes blend dance, martial and healing arts to build whole body fitness. Nia is an invigorating cardiovascular workout that helps you develop more flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability. Every Nia class has 3 levels of intensity for personalized conditioning to suit any level of fitness. Nia is done bare foot to eclectic world music.

Register for 1 or 2 classes per week - get 20% off the second class if you register for both of Jan's Nia classes per session.

Drop-ins are available for $15 if minimum numbers are reached. Space is limited.
