Booking Fee
A non-refundable $8.00 booking fee is applied to each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the intended check-in
time, extra fees will apply if 48 hours or less
notification. All cancellations/modifications will result in a $10.00
cancellation/modification fee. Plus an extra $10.00 fee
per night, per site and $40.00 per night on cabin will be issued if less than
48 hour cancellation. No refund will be issued if
less than 24 hour's notice or no notice is received.
Damage Deposit of $200.00 is required for cabin/suite booking.
Refund deposit will be issued after inspection is
completed by management. Please allow 5-10 days for all refunds to
appear on your credit card.
CABIN RENTALS & BEACH FRONT SUITES requires Minimum
2 nights stay. During LONG WEEKENDS
minimum 3 nights stay.
