HIIT Cardio/Strength/Core

High Intensity Interval (HIIT) workouts are short periods of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods. After warming up, you'll take your heart rate to its peak zone to build your cardiovascular capacity, with low impact options provided. A big advantage of HIIT is that you can get maximal CV health benefits in minimal time. After 3 - 6 rounds of HIIT (25 - 35 minutes), you’ll take your heart rate back into an aerobic fat burning range by focusing on strength, stability, and core. Finish off this challenging workout with a relaxing stretch, complete with breathwork and calming music.
