Description

Box Step Fitness for 16 years and up with Tanya.
During the hour you will work on cardiovascular endurance by doing hi/low aerobics. The muscles that we target are bicep, triceps, shoulders, chest and legs. All exercises can be modified as you are motivated to strive for strength and to take on your daily tasks.

All classes will be taught in the gym using the lobby door entrance and will exit through the gym parking lot door. Please bring your own yoga mat and any other class specific equipment. Spectators and visitors will not be permitted in the facility at this time.
